Shipping & Returns
Purely Natural dispatches your order from Melbourne VIC in Australia on business days only (Monday to Friday).
We use Australia Post and courier services depending on the size of your order.
We require a residential address to deliver to so please do not provide a Po Box address.
We will notify you of any delays in shipping via email so please ensure you contact us if you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of dispatch if you have not been notified of any delays.
During promotions there may be an additional day for processing some orders, but we will always do our best to keep up.
TIPS TO ENSURE SPEEDY DELIVERY
- Supply all your contact details, correctly and in full
- Keep us notified of any changes in your contact or delivery details
- Occasionally post requires that a person sign for your parcel
- Ensure that the person who may be asked to sign for your delivery is aware of this and notifies you that it has arrived
- If nobody is at the address to sign, a card should be left by the driver providing pickup details from your local post office. If you believe your parcel should have arrived, please contact your local post office or ourselves
- You may wish to have your order delivered to your workplace. If so, please include the name of the business in the delivery address details.
Delivery Within Australia:
Our standard delivery cost is $8.50 flat rate to anywhere within Australia. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, the delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout prior to finalising the order.
Delivery Outside Australia:
International shipping fees may vary from $10-20 depending where we are shipping to. For all international orders please allow a minimum of 6-10 business days for shipping. If you would like a more specific time frame please feel free to contact us with your shipping address and we will be happy to advise you.

We are a small, family run business. When it comes to returns this means two things.
Firstly, we value your business and are so grateful that you are choosing to purchase from us and are keen to go the extra mile to give you the service you deserve as a loyal customer. We will always aim to do what we can to help you out with your initial product selection so please don't ever hesitate to contact us for a little guidance or help when making your purchase. We have provided a size guide on every product page to assist you in your size selection. We have also invested in product photography to best represent the colour and style of the product. We ask that you please take a careful look at the photos and measurements prior to making your selection.
Secondly, as a small business, we don't have a huge mark up on our products and as such it leaves us with very little room to move when it comes to returns. We ask that you please consider this when making the decision to purchase as we can not refund when you simply change your mind. We are happy to exchange within 7 days of you receiving your order, however you will be required to return the items at your cost and pay an additional $10 per item for postage and handling for the replacement item/s.
