Suggested Use:

FODMAP Friendly certified at a 5 g serving size. As with other food products that contain fibre, this product may cause abdominal discomfort in susceptible individuals. We suggest commencing with a 5 g serve (3 teaspoons) daily, and gradually increasing to an optimum intake of 6 g (3½ teaspoons) daily. Consume with water or add to smoothies, cereal or yoghurt.
