Catherine is a dedicated fitness and wellness warrior who immigrated to Australia from China 15 years ago. Embracing her new home, she married a local Aussie and together they are raising a vibrant teenager daughter. Through her experiences, Catherine discovered just how incredible Australia is — with access to the purest, highest-quality foods and products that help us live our healthiest, happiest lives.
