Sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief, in a bath or on a pillow for additional relief. Massage onto chest and back for a topical rub two to three times a day. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Dilute 50% with water in a spray bottle and use it as a room freshener. A few drops can be added to water to mop floors or your laundry rinse water. To remove grease marks on clothes, rub with a damp cloth moistened with oil. Suitable for cleaning stainless steel surfaces.
