St John’s Wort has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to:

• support the nervous system
• soothe the nerves
• reduce restlessness / excess nervous energy
• and as a nervous system relaxant.

Oral Use

Active ingredient: Each teabag contains St John’s Wort Herb Dry (Hypericum perforatum) 2 g Indications: St John’s Wort (also known as Hypericum) has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine:

• as a nervine to support the nervous system
• as a calmative / nervous system relaxant
• to soothe the nerves
• to reduce restlessness
• to reduce excess nervous energy
• to support general health and well-being.

Directions for use:

Infuse 1 teabag (2 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water and steep for 10 minutes before removing tea bag. Adults - drink 2 cups daily. There are no restrictions on the duration of use.
