Just add water to the EasiYo Summerfruit Apricot Peach Flavour Yoghurt Base to make 1kg of delicious low-fat yoghurt. EasiYo yoghurts come in a variety of flavours. EasiYo yoghurt bases consist of New Zealand milk powder and contain no artificial flavours, colouring, no stabilisers, emulsifiers or preservatives. EasiYo yoghurts contain billions of live active cultures. Once made up the yoghurt will last up to 2 weeks in your fridge.

Making EasiYo is as easy as one, two, three…

Prepare your jar

Half fill your yoghurt jar with room temperature drinking water (15-20°C). Add the contents of the yoghurt sachet, pop on the lid and give it a good shake. Add more water to the jar until it’s about 5mm from the top… pop on the lid and shake again.

Prepare your yoghurt maker

Push the plastic insert into your yoghurt maker as far as it can go. Next, pour boiling water up to the top of the plastic insert. Place your jar into the yoghurt maker so it sits on top of the plastic insert, then put the lid on your yoghurt maker.

Wait, chill... and eat

You’re all set, now simply wait for the magic to happen! Leave your yoghurt maker on your kitchen bench and the yoghurt will set after 8 - 12 hours (a little longer for protein yoghurt). Most people simply leave it overnight and wake up to fresh homemade yoghurt in the morning. You’re nearly there… before you dig in, chill it in the fridge for a few hours to complete the set.
